Koli National Park, Finland
I can't believe how many berries they have there! I did some recreational Orienteering in Finland and my shoes were stained from tromping through the berry-covered forest floors. I ate gooseberries, lingon berries, blueberries, raspberries, and best of all cloudberries while I was visiting in Finland. Cloudberries are rare, found only in pure environments. They grow in bogs and look like yellow raspberries. Pekka's brother calls them "bone-berries" because the seeds are quite large, making the berries a little crunchy. Crunchy but extremely yummy!
